Description

Going clockwise, Bowels and Ledges starts by branching off the North Rim Train, and ends at the junction with the Practice Trail. You can also branch off onto the Windmill Trail.

I love this little connector trail. It can be tackled in either direction depending on which loop you want to do. As the name implies, it's natures roller coaster, with many bowls, aka "half-pipes", just begging to be explored. The Practice Trail is the easiest trail in the network, the South Rim is the hardest, and this falls somewhere in the middle.
