Description

The trail starts on the paved service road, though soon you'll take a right through a large opening in the tree line where the road will give way to a gravel track. From there, the trail follows the tree line under some trees and places you at the bottom of Rumbling Paddoka. While you'll be following next to the trees, you're rarely under them. This might be a trail to avoid on a hot day, as it it very exposed with no tree cover.

Flora & Fauna

California Poppies are abundant in the late spring and early summer.
