Much of the west side of the gulch has been a recent park expansion for the City of Mukilteo. The city plans to make significant changes to the area to make it more accessible to multiple user groups. As of 2015 the trails remain in a pre-development phase.

Trails are multi-use and traffic should be expected in both directions. Construction and trail-maintaince require permission from City of Mukilteo. The center of the Gulch holds the BNSF train line, access to the train line is prohibited.

Description

An enjoyable cross-country meander with quite a few roots to contend with to keep you on your toes. Each turn offers its own small vignette of a beautiful forest. Great in either direction for a scenic hike.
