Description

The Miners Trail generally runs east/west in Yreka's Greenhorn Park. The eastern end of the trail intersects Humbug Trail, while the western end of the trail turns into the Flume Trail. From east to west Miners Trail is also intersected by Vetrans Memmorial, Gold Pan, Pine, Assay Way, Fool's Gold, and Kid's Trail.

The eastern half of the trail is paved, but features replica buildings that pay homage to the area's mining past. Hiking from west to east leads to more descending, but this trail is fun both ways!

Miners Trail is non-technical doubletrack. The trail surface is hardpack and can experience some mud in the wetter months.

This trail is a very popular multi-use trail, so be careful and courteous to others on trail.
