Description

There is a parking area off of Township Rd 69 in Cutler with an informational kiosk by the trailhead of this loop trail.

Located in the Boord State Nature Preserve, this is a hidden gem of southeast Ohio. The trail rolls through quiet, hemlock tree-filled woods and follows a stream that is framed by cliffs and overhangs.

The highlight is a waterfall in a picturesque sandstone gorge about 60-80 feet deep. This is the kind of route you should visit several times a year to see the landscape in every season!

This is such a beautiful and peaceful trail! I love that it is easy enough that my toddler can walk right along with me. The waterfall is beautiful!
