Description

There is not much to see here unless you are looking to avoid the very steep parts of the Mt. Marathon Race Trail. This one will bring you out above the tree line, while providing an alternate route.

Flora here can be very dense and the trail is often very muddy. Once you veer away from the Mt. Marathon Jeep Trail, this connector becomes a singletrack trail. You'll pass through a lot of tall grass and thick woods.

Once the trail turns up the mountain, it gets muddy and steep fast. It is like this until you reach the Mt. Marathon Race Trail.

Flora & Fauna

Visitors will pass through very thick low-lying trees that open up to much bigger trees higher up.
