Description

This short trail allows you to make a great loop at the park. However in fall it can be a bit rougher than it looks. The leaves falling combined with a lot of larger rocks on the trail make it rather difficult for backpackers and will get your hips hurting. With all the strange steps you take, it's impossible to keep a smooth pace.

However, once the leaves fall the views of the creek are stunning. It eventually follows a great narrow rocky bed and is quite beautiful.

Did this as part of the bigger Yahoo Falls / Sheltowee loop. Decent wildflowers and falls. Not much animal activity
