Description

Rat Camp can be accessed from the Moore Park Loop on the east side of the park across from the disc golf course (same access as Sidewinder). As you start to crest the top of the hill from the pavement, hang a right at the first intersection.

The trail is relatively open but will turn you through a sparse growth of Juniper trees and choke cherry bushes. Watch your step as you traverse this trail as one of the many low level rocks around your feet can easily take you down if you look up too long.

The trail can also be accessed from the Eulalona Trail if you are entering the park from Eulalona trailhead up above the old Riverside school. The intersection for Stonehenge and Rat Camp will be on your right side ~0.3 miles from the parking area.
