Description

Deep Creek Ravine is an area of the Dishman Hills popular not only with hikers, but also with rock climbers. The trail starts at Camp Caro and takes a round-about path to Goldback Springs. While there aren't any views to speak of, the natural rock features are beautiful and the accessibility of the area make this a great destination.

Flora & Fauna

Despite a high desert climate, this trail maintains a green, lush feel during most of the spring and summer. This is a prime spot for local mosses and lichens.
