Description

Starting near the boat ramp, the Paint Creek South Loop meanders through the forest above the lake. This trail offers a lot of short and steep ups and downs with a lot of twists and turns.

Keep an eye on the ground for roots along the way.

There is only one trail, so navigating is very easy. The only choice you'll have is whether or not you want to add the Little Pond Trail at the southern end of the trail.

Flora & Fauna

This forest trail offers a great variety of trees and birds.
