Complete the Yellow Dot/Red Dot Loop by grinding up the super-steep climb. Though almost essential to hike after a trip down Yellow Dot Trail (#357.2A), you'll most likely take no joy in this trail until it crests the top.

After pushing your way up the tight switchbacks and loose chunder sections, you'll dive into the same grove of aspens you made your way through on Yellow Dot Trail (#357.2A). After the aspens, the trail breaks back into the meadow and eventually reaches an intersection with Yellow Dot Trail (#357.2A).
