Description

The Tuxedo - Mt. Ivy trail starts at the popular Tuxedo Trailhead and slowly rises to Claudius Smith Den, where it has a nice viewpoint looking west towards Tuxedo. There is a great spot on the rocks here to sit and have a snack.

From there, the trail drops to the scenic Lake Sebago. It cross Seven Lakes Drive, then continues to cut east across the park. The elevation change on the trail is mostly gradual, with the steepest part near Claudius Smith Den.

It is a moderate trail, with uneven ground and some rocks but not challenging for experienced hikers. It has convenient connections to other popular trails.
