Description

Lairson Road connects the gravel roads and trails in the Big Sinking drainage to the ridge that provides access to the Sheltowee Trace and the Multi-County Off-Road Park. It's a nice hike past a nice sized private lake surrounded by vacation cabins and oil extraction remnants. The lake itself was/is used in the extraction process.

There is a stout climb at the north end of Lairson Road that is actually paved. The rest of the road is dirt/gravel.
