Description

Connect to this trail from Buck Gulch Trail at the north end. Hikeing south, this trail is exclusively singletrack with low elevation grade, making it a comfortable hike. There is a great deal of open space due to a recent wildfire which actually provides unique views throughout the trail. It's never a bad idea to get here early, but comparatively, it is much less used than other Jefferson County trails.

Flora & Fauna

You're very likely to see deer.

This does veer off to national Forest. You want to stay on to Park View to do the loop.
