Lost Branch Trail connects the Sheltowee Trace to Osborne Bend Trail #240. Combining the Sheltowee and Osborne Bend allows a hiker to create a few different loops from Gladie Creek and/or the Concrete Bridge area.

Split off the Sheltowee Trace near the climb up to Corner Ridge. A short singletrack section bears you down to Gladie Creek. Cross directly over and bear left, looking for an old road (blazed trail) that climbs steeply up the slope. Follow this eroded road until it gains the ridge.

Continue along the ridge to the intersection with Osborne Bend. If you've had enough turn right; if you want more fun in the wilderness turn left.
