Description

Starting at the same spot as the Wetland Trail, head north on the trail. Don't cross the road, the trail should take you to the left before you get there. Simply continue following the trail between the marsh and campground.

First, you'll see four cabins (which you can rent for fairly cheap), and then the regular campground. Keep an eye out for a massive tree on your right just before you get to the campground. From there it's only about a half mile to the trail's end at an intersection. You can turn around or continue on in any direction, including straight ahead, which leads into a tunnel under the railroad tracks.

Flora & Fauna

Mostly cattails and all sorts of critters that live in the marsh. Expect to hear lots of frogs and songbirds.
