Open year-round but please stay off when especially muddy conditions exist. The damage caused by hiking on this type trail when muddy can take years to repair.
Description
This rolling singletrack trail has lots of rocks and roots that can be hard on the ankles. Don't let the rolling hills fool you; although they aren't very steep, they can be soul sucking after a few miles. The trail does wind around the shore of Lake Clinton making for a pleasant setting, and you can connect to the White Trail at various points to make a much shorter or longer hike as desired.
Flora & Fauna
Keep an eye out for snakes and poison ivy. If you visit in the early mornings in the fall, carry a stick for spiderwebs.
