Family Friendly This is a short, fairly flat paved trail offering up interpretive signage and expansive views.

Description

This short, paved trail offers visitors a glimpse into the alpine tundra ecosystem similar to what one would find at much higher latitudes (Siberia, northern Canada, etc..).

Pretty lichen-covered rock formations add to this trail's allure as you stroll away from Trail Ridge Road.
