Description

This route starts under a California Sycamore off Wood Canyon Trail. This is a short winding singletrack that follows Wood Creek opposite Wood Canyon Trail. This trail stays under shade for most of its length and is a welcome respite if you have just come down from West Ridge Trail on a sunny day.

The northern trailhead is on Wood Canyon Trail and the southern is on Mathis Canyon Trail.
