The Green Loop is accessible from Hartwood Acres Red Loop and Hartwood Acres Yellow Loop, or the paved road/walk path, but there isn't a real trailhead from the path.

While the red loop circumnavigates the hill, the green loop takes you to the top and back down in just a mile of trail. The trail is typical to Western PA. It has some roots, mainly dirt, and after a rainfall can become slightly slick and hard to scramble in one area in particular.
