This trail can be accessed from several neighborhoods on the north side of Green Mountain. Check out the map to see where to park. It is easy to get on the wrong trail over here so check your map before you go and just keep heading uphill.

The trails here tend to not be as busy as the rest. On a weekday you may even have this trail to yourself. As with all the trails on Green Mountain the views are great but not much in the way of shade.

This trail ends at the saddle between the two summits of Green Mountain and at the Green Mountain Trail. Head back the way you came, or turn right or left to explore Green Mountain further.

Plenty of prairie plant life.
