The Spring Farm Road trail starts at the Spring Farm parking are and briefly travels north. It turns right just past the historic barn, near where Farm Road tees in from the left. Continue up Spring Farm Road and into the edge of the woods. At this point the trail merges with Cedar Drive very briefly. You'll keep to the left. You should cross Bonticou Crag Trail (red blazes) and have Cedar Drive on your right just after coming to the aforementioned intersection. From this point the trail continues through woods until it meets up with Bonticou Road. Again, staying left at the intersection and continue south.

Spring Farm Road takes a fairly straight shot from this point to the gatehouse of Mohonk Mountain House at Mohonk Road (County Road 6). You'll see the Mohonk Mountain House golf course on your left. The trail offers great views of the Catskills and a nice outing if you want a mix of open field and wooded areas. The trail is well maintained and is considered a multiple use trail.
