Overview
This route covers bay and sound-side views. All the best of what this area has to offer.
Description
Trails are mostly not marked with signs, so a map is helpful to keep you going in the right direction. There are some short out-and-back spurs to bay and sound views. There is one section of very loose sand for maybe a mile. This loop combines the trails with the least amount of beach sand hiking.
This loop is often combined with an extra jaunt over the Bob Sikes Bridge over to Pensacola Beach to add the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters and sugar like sand beaches.
