Description

From the parking and picnic area on the south side of Stevens Canyon Road, head downhill through lush forest. The grade steepens considerably before the trail reaches Stevens Creek itself at a bridge. There is a small waterfall near this junction with the Wonderland Trail. Most users make a right turn onto the Wonderland Trail and head uphill to the northwest to visit Maple Falls, Sylvia Falls, and Martha Falls.
