Description

Wild Cherry is a gently ascending singletrack trail that begins in Portland and ends on NW 53rd Drive at a small parking area (technical a few feet down a spur). You'll cross the NW Leif Erikson Drive Trail which is multi-use, ascend to Wildwood Trail, and then end at an intersection with Dogwood Trail a few feet from Keil Trail. This means that Wild Cherry is excellent for creating loops within Forest Park. The trail passes through a variety of tree species including some maple, so you can enjoy fall colors in addition to the year-round lush greenery.
