Pete's Wicked starts with a doubletrack descent from the Sunshine Express chairlift to Rendezvous Lodge (not in operation during Summer months). Start hiking up the nicely wooded singletrack from the lodge. This is a shared use trail, so be wary of downhill bike traffic.

The trail enters and exits the woods multiple times, changing character all the while. You'll be hiking over rocks and roots with the occasional boulder in the mix. Stay right at an intersection with Cathy's Cutoff and follow Pete's, now in the form of doubletrack, to its terminus.
