Looking up-valley, several high snow fields in mid-July.
Looking towards Leukerbad and the towering Daubenhorn and Leeshorner peaks.
Lots of water rushing down this ravine - hikers will be thankful for the footbridge!
Huge chunks of debris-covered snow still in the creek bed by July.
Don't forget to look south from the trail - towards the other valley wall!
