Looking down toward Shoreline, you can see the Matadero Creek as it makes it way to the bay.
When the tide is out, birds of all types can be seen feeding in the mud. The trail follows Adobe Creek and the Charleston Slough. You can see Windy Hill off in the distance in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
