Even though winter has started, a few berries are still holding on to their branches.
The recent colder weather has been hard on flowers and berries, but mushrooms are holding on just fine!
The bright, mid-day sun makes the leaves of a tree in direct sunlight appear to be frosted in snow!
A nice little waterfall with a picnic table above it beside some whitewater await those who explore this city trail.
Might have been a few days since someone traversed this trail as this little spider had weaved its web across one of the switchbacks
Looks like a few of the city-planted flowers have escaped into nearby fields.
