Early morning sun beams stream down from Roche Ecrite into Cirque de Mafate.
Along much of the route there are excellent views to Piton des Neiges and whatever the cool peak in the center is called
The last sections of boardwalk if you're climbing up Augustave culminate in stairs from which you'll have awesome views down the Bras Bemale ravine
The Narrow ridge on Sentier Scout offers amazing views. Piton des Neiges is to the left.
