A view of monster hill (the 3rd crux) from atop the 2nd crux. An up-hill candy-land! You'll climb to the high point on the sky-line on the left. You lose altitude while making your way to the trail visible in the lower-right.
Believe it or not, there is a faint trail here, and it disappears quickly, leaving you to traverse on your own. This is the start of the 5th crux.
