Ross' Cove Trail cuts through a windswept landscape of low shrubs and few trees.
The dirt trail drops down from the Jean Lauer Trail toward the airport.
If you turn around, you can appreciate the grade of the trail that you just climbed. You can also see the parking area at Airport Street that is another way to access the trail.
You can see Half Moon Bay from the trail as you get closer to Pillar Point.
