The trail as it leaves the road. The creek is on the left hand side and the field/meadow starts to open up on the right.
An old, broken tree sits along the trail as it approaches the service road that can take you back to the start of the trail.
Deer feed in the fields beside the trail.
The trail, as it ascends the hill, is made up of crushed gravel and packed dirt.
This is a view looking back toward the South Bay with the trails and the California Tree sitting inside the preserve.
The trail joins the road and climbs to the top of the preserve.
