When descending Carris Hill, be sure to scramble up a huge rock outcrop to take in this view of Wanaque Reservoir.
Climbing Carris Hill is strenuous, but if you stop along the route you can zoom in from 30 miles to see Manhattan's Freedom Tower.
Enjoy this view for a few moments before making the descent down Carris Hill.
