Jim Slagle Loop Trail
The Jim Slagle Sloop Trail was built in 2015.
New bridge, new trail connecting Sandy River Park with future Cedar Park - Sandy, Oregon
Jim Slagle - the trail's designer, namesake and resident of Sandy.
This is the largest tree around for miles. The western red cedar has a bee hive way up high in the tree. Definitely a photo op!
The trail is very family friendly but keep an eye on them in this section with the steeper side slope below the trail.
