Enjoy the view looking across Reflection Lake to snow-covered Mt. Lassen and nearby peaks.
The view of Lassen Peak at sunset across Reflection Lake is pretty spectacular. The trail is less traveled than the Manzanita Lake Trail, so you may get this view to yourself!
While Lassen Peak is definitely the main attraction at sunset, the view to the west is also pretty magical, as the western sky lights up through the trees the line the lake.
Reflection Lake is stunningly beautiful in the afternoon light.
