An old water tank lives right near the parking area.
An informative kiosk gives you plenty of information at the John B. Yeon Trailhead.
The forest floor is lush and covered in lichen and moss. The trail is wide, but there are some rocks in areas that make footing difficult.
The trail switches back on itself as it makes its way up the hillside before getting to the cliff face.
This will be the most difficult obstruction on the trail (taken 06-03-2017).
The trail follows the rock face of the cliff as it makes its way toward the falls. This is looking back down the trail.
Ferns grow alongside this portion of the trail, which you can see is considerably rockier than earlier sections of the trail.
