On clear days, the green mountains and the blue of Lexington Reservoir make for great photos, especially late in the day.
The Aquinas Trail can be seen snaking along the ridge below you in El Sereno Open Space.
Homes sit right outside the preserve in the hills above Lexington Reservoir.
Loma Vista Trail drops from the ridgeline. It's not well maintained and leads to the park boundary, where a large chain-link fence awaits.
Enjoy smooth trail as it makes its way along the ridge.
Lexington Reservoir is slightly obscured from this view, but spreads out before you.
As you approach the boundary of the preserve, a radio tower comes into view.
This gate leads back into the preserve from just outside the boundary on Bohlman Road.
