The trail meets up with the Serpentine Trail. The Manzanita Trail goes off to the left while the Serpentine Trail goes straight ahead.
The Manzanita Trail where it meets the Lower Brothers Bypass Trail.
As the trail descends along the backside of the preserve, it becomes less maintained since it dead ends at the edge of the preserve.
