Description

The crystal clear water of the Myojin Pond is the main gem when hiking the Kamikochi Trail. It is accompanied by a little travelers stand and a Shinto shrine, Hotaka. The bamboo surrounding the pond reflects in the crystal clear waters along with Mount Myojindake.

Short Hike: Myojin Pond is located halfway up the Kamikochi Trail.

Family Friendly: A short hike with little elevation gain.
