Description
A beautiful picnic area with views of the Conowingo Dam and the Susquehanna River. The area is an extremely popular area to view Bald Eagles. People travel from all over to view and photograph the birds.
This area also provides access to the river and is a popular fishing location. During the rockfish run, you'll see fisherman shoulder to shoulder next to the dam.
On the Road: Parking is open during daylight hours.
Family Friendly: The area does not require any hiking and provides shaded picnic tables.
