Description
This short hike pays off big with incredible views of Dream Lake and a mountain-top back drop. From the eastern shore of Dream Lake, you can take in the stunning view of Hallett Peak and Flattop Mountain separated by the Tyndall Gorge. On a still day, the glassy surface of the lake reflects this magnificent backdrop making for great photo opportunities.
Short Hike: Just short of 1.5 miles from the Bear Lake TH on the Dream Lake Trail.
Family Friendly: Minimal elevation gain, paved path during summer months.

Beautiful lake with Flattop Mountain looming over the far end. Saw it both coming and going on our hike. Clear water with trout seen. Dreamy.
