Description

The Big Flat Rock Overlook is just off the beaten path, but it's one of the best spots to take a break from the hike or even set up a campsite for the night. Hikers can also scramble up and around the backside of the campsite to stand on top of the overlook for an excellent view of the surrounding area.

Half-Day Hike: This campsite is roughly 3 miles from the Tablerock parking area.

Hike was much shorter than anticipated, but the view was well worth it. Campsite is relatively easy to find, and saved us from a lot of rain!
