Description
This viewing point offers 360° views of the whole Borgarfjörður eystri and Víknaslóðir area. It is by far the best place to get a glimpse into the deserted wilderness that waits beyond the mountains.
Half-Day Hike: Use Trail #24 to get to the top of Gagnheiði. Once there, take a short walk to the south up towards the viewing disc. You're most likely to be completely alone.
