Description
At 720,000 square feet, this massive boulder field is the largest of its kind in the Appalachian region, and a National Natural Landmark. It was formed theoretically by glacial activity.

About 6.6 miles from Hawk's Falls parking lot. There and back hike. We did it in 3.5hrs. It's walk through woods that ends at the Boulder field.
