Need to Know

To match the numerical sequence of the points of interest, take the loop counterclockwise (leave the Tower Trail at its first zig, and rejoin it higher up). Be careful not to get fooled on the way back down from the highest point; there are still blazes visible from when the Nature Trail used to descend via segments of the Red Hexagon and Orange Trail, but now the entire descent is on the Tower Trail if following the guide. (However, the other trails are still active, so feel free to follow them for a little variety especially if the Tower Trail is crowded.)

Description

This trail, which partially overlaps several other trails at Sleeping Giant, follows a route marked with "sideways pine tree" blazes and punctuated by 39 labeled points of interest that are described in the accompanying guide linked below. It is mostly flat to gently sloping, but there is a short segment of brisk uphill at the easternmost point.
