Starting from the trailhead, at the Inn, the trail climbs to the edge of the ridge. Here, there's a split in the trail, turn right and travel along the ridgeline. The trail crosses over an ATV or Snowmobile Trail, then follows a singletrack along the ridge. It climbs up to a small peak, then descends to Papoose Pond. The trail travels until it reaches the Pond Loop.

Flora: Beech, Eastern Hemlock, Sphagnum Moss, Quill Lichen.
Fauna: Junco.
