Description

Trail starts on private property last house on the left beyond the bridge in Coulee Dam. Elderly woman owns property but doesn't mind you crossing the yard there are signs stating so and signs signifying the historical significance of the trail as it was built by the Civ Conservation Corps in the 1930s.

Trail is steep us locals use it for training for larger trails elsewhere in the state with 700+ of gain in 1/4 mile it is no joke!

When you get to the 3 Way part way up continue to the left for Candy Point loop or hang a right for Crown Point Lookout!

Flora & Fauna

You'll quite often see deer resting at the bottom of the trail it does have other abundant wildlife including snakes! So Be careful!
