Family Friendly Gentle slope

Description

Family friendly trail that follows a path carved by volunteers of the U.S. Army Mormon Battalion.

From the large parking area just past mile marker 27, follow the wooden trail posts with the buffalo skulls north west as the trail meanders along the S2.

The trail eventually follows a dry creek bed to a dry waterfall. The trail continues to intersect with the California Riding and Hiking Trail.
