Description

This is a great alternative to the classic Lago do los Tres.

Leaving from the Poincenot campground, head west on the Sendero al Fitz Roy/ Fitz Roy Trail. Soon you pass over the large, white swath of rocks that define the Rio Blanco.

Once you have crossed take a right. You'll cruise along above the river for a little over a mile when you take a hard left that sends you up to the glacial lake.
